Cala Llebeig

Llebeig cove is located between the towns of Teulada-Moraira and El Poble Nou de Benitatxell. This cove takes us to another era. The old fishermen’s houses that surround the cove a few meters from the shore evoke other times, when these dwellings excavated in the walls of the cove served as a refuge for those who had their livelihood at sea.

This rock and gravel beach is isolated: it can only be accessed by sea and on foot, along the Ruta dels Penya-segats (Route of the Cliffs) or by going down the bed of the ravine that, at its mouth to the sea, creates the cove itself (https://es.wikiloc.com/rutas-senderismo/urb-cumbre-del-sol-cala-llebeig-51937135).
