Respira

Turismo para respirar

The Respira experience invites you to discover El Poble Nou de Benitatxell from a place of calm: looking at the sea without rushing, walking among dry stone, listening to the silence and letting the landscape set the pace.

This page brings together meditation points, spaces of silence and practical tips for planning a slower, more respectful visit, connected with the area.

How to experience Respira

Respira does not require knowing how to meditate or following a specific technique. It is enough to arrive with time, lower the volume, pay attention to your breathing and care for the surroundings as if entering a shared place.

When to go

Sunrise, sunset, spring, autumn and weekdays usually offer more silence, soft light and a real sense of calm.

What to bring

Water, a cap or sunscreen, a light towel and your phone in airplane mode are enough to experience it simply.

How to breathe

Inhale while counting to four, hold the air for two counts and exhale slowly while counting to six, without forcing the rhythm.

Code of respect

Leave no waste, do not play music, do not raise your voice and respect the flora, the fauna and other people seeking calm.
